How can you redeem a&o Hostels vouchers?
If you have purchased an a&o accommodation voucher but are having trouble redeeming it, this guide is for you.
1. Purchase the voucher
The first step is to purchase the voucher on our website!
2. Check your email
After making your purchase, you will receive your voucher with its number by email. Keep it safe, as you will need it when making your reservation.
3. Add the voucher in the app
Download and open the a&o app, then click on the Information tab, select the "Vouchers" menu item, then select "Add voucher" and enter the code.

4. Book the accommodation
Once the system has accepted the code, you can choose your hotel, dates, and room type. If you are traveling with children, be sure to choose a family room, as extra beds cannot be added to double rooms.

5. Lack of availability
If there are no rooms available on the selected date, or if the date is so popular that it can no longer be booked with a voucher, an error message will appear. It may still be possible to book at an additional cost, but you are welcome to choose another date.

6. Add extras
If you wish, you can add extras such as early check-in or late check-out. This step is optional!

7. Completing the reservation
Click on the "Book now" button and complete the process. Then all you have to do is wait for the confirmation email, and you're ready to embark on the trip of your dreams!
